The tour begins with an overnight journey from Delhi to Jammu. Depending on the chosen package, travelers can board a train or a luxury bus. As the journey progresses, you’ll pass through beautiful landscapes. Keep your essentials handy and enjoy the ride.
Upon reaching Jammu, you will transfer to Katra, the base town for the Vaishno Devi trek. Check in to your hotel, freshen up, and rest for a while. Later, get your Yatra Parchi (entry pass) for visiting the Vaishno Devi shrine. Spend the rest of the day exploring Katra or preparing for the trek.
Wake up early and begin your trek to the Vaishno Devi Temple. The 12-kilometer path offers breathtaking views and a spiritually uplifting atmosphere. Those who prefer can opt for a pony ride or a helicopter service to reach the Bhawan (temple complex). After offering prayers, you can also visit Bhairon Temple, located nearby. Return to Katra in the evening and relax at your hotel.
On the final day, check out from the hotel and proceed to Jammu for your return journey to Delhi. Cherish the memories of your spiritual experience as you head back home.
The trek is approximately 12 kilometers from Katra to the Bhawan. Depending on your pace, it can take 4–6 hours.
