You will arrive in Darjeeling and check into your hotel. Take some time to rest and enjoy the cool mountain air. In the evening, take a walk on the Mall Road. You can shop for woollen clothes, tea, and souvenirs. Enjoy hot momos or sip Darjeeling tea at a roadside café. The day ends with dinner and a good night’s sleep at the hotel.
Wake up early and drive to Tiger Hill to catch the stunning sunrise. Watch the golden light fall on Mt. Kanchenjunga. On the way back, visit Ghoom Monastery, one of the oldest in the area. You can also stop at Batasia Loop, where the toy train makes a spiral turn. After breakfast at the hotel, explore more of Darjeeling.
