Itinerary

Greeted upon arrival at the airport by our representative, you will be transferred to your hotel. Check in and relax. Delhi, the capital and the third largest city of India, is a blend of the ancient and the modern. The city offers a rich tapestry of culture, architecture, and human diversity, with monuments, museums, galleries, gardens, and vibrant markets. Comprised of Old Delhi and New Delhi, it serves as the travel hub of Northern India. Spend the rest of the day at leisure and enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.

Enjoy a combined full-day guided sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi. The morning tour of Old Delhi includes a drive past the Red Fort and a visit to Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in Asia, and Raj Ghat, the moving memorial to Mahatma Gandhi. The afternoon tour of New Delhi includes visits to Qutub Minar, an astonishing victory tower built in the early 13th century, and Humayun's Tomb, as well as Gandhi Smriti, the place where Mahatma Gandhi was martyred. Drive past India Gate (War Memorial Arch), the parliament buildings, and Rashtrapati Bhawan (The President's residence). Overnight stay at the hotel.

Upon arrival in Srinagar, you will be met, assisted, and transferred to deluxe houseboats. Srinagar, known for its lakes and charming houseboats, is the pride of Kashmir. In the late afternoon, visit Shankaracharya Temple, Nishant Bagh, and Shalimar Bagh. Overnight stay on the houseboat.

After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam, known as the valley of shepherds and the base camp for pilgrims to the holy Amarnath cave. En route, visit saffron fields and Awantipura ruins. Enjoy the beautiful countryside, pine forests, and rice fields. Upon arrival in Pahalgam, check in to the hotel. In the afternoon, take leisurely walks and capture the magnificent mountain views. Visit Betab Valley, Aru Valley, and Chandanbari (subject to weather and road conditions). Overnight stay at the hotel in Pahalgam.

After breakfast, drive back to Srinagar, visiting saffron fields and Awantipura ruins en route. Check in to the houseboat upon arrival. Later, enjoy a relaxing one-hour Shikara ride on the lake, one of the most soothing aspects of a holiday in Kashmir. Evening is free at leisure. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Post breakfast, embark on an excursion to Gulmarg. Discovered as a tourist destination by the British in the 19th century, Gulmarg is situated in a pine-surrounded basin of the Pir Panjal range at an altitude of 2,730 meters. It is one of the most famous tourist destinations in Kashmir and features one of the world's highest green golf courses with 18 holes, as well as a historical clubhouse. Enjoy a Gondola ride (subject to weather conditions). Return to Srinagar and overnight stay on the houseboat.

Post breakfast, take an excursion to Wular Lake, one of Asia's largest freshwater lakes, covering about 125 sq km. Nestled amidst snow-clad hills, the lake's natural beauty is breathtaking. According to Hindu mythology, it is believed to be the remnants of Satisar Lake. The lake serves as a natural flood reservoir for the Jhelum River and is a major habitat for the region's exotic avian life. Enjoy a boat ride on Wular Lake. Return to Srinagar and overnight stay on the houseboat.

After breakfast, transfer to the airport to fly to Delhi and connect with your international flight back home. End of services.
