The Panch Badri Tour takes you on a spiritual journey through the five sacred shrines of Lord Vishnu in the beautiful hills of Uttarakhand. This 6-day tour starts from Haridwar and covers Badri temples—Vishal Badri, Yog Dhyan Badri, Bhavishya Badri, Vridha Badri, and Adi Badri. The journey offers scenic beauty, peace, and blessings. Pilgrims get to experience the spiritual charm of the Himalayas while enjoying the natural beauty. This tour suits devotees, nature lovers, and those looking for a peaceful mountain trip. Come and explore the divine path of Panch Badri.
You start early from Haridwar and drive towards Joshimath. On the way, you pass Rishikesh, Devprayag, Rudraprayag, and Karnaprayag. These are holy river confluences with great importance in Hinduism. You enjoy the stunning mountain views and peaceful rivers throughout the route. In the evening, you reach Joshimath and check into the hotel. Have dinner and rest for the night.
After breakfast, you drive to Badrinath Temple, the most important shrine among the Panch Badri. This temple stands on the banks of the Alaknanda River and is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. After darshan and pooja, you explore Mana Village, known as the last Indian village near the Tibet border. Visit Vyas Gufa and Bheem Pul. In the evening, drive back to Joshimath.
Start your day with a drive to Pandukeshwar, the home of Yog Dhyan Badri. This temple stands at a peaceful location and is linked to King Pandu, the father of Pandavas. After darshan, you head to Animath Village where Vridha Badri sits. This ancient temple holds a story of Lord Vishnu appearing as an old man. After temple visits, return to Joshimath.
Today, you drive to Saldhar, which lies near Tapovan. From here, you begin a short 3 km trek to Bhavishya Badri, the future Badrinath. Legends say when Badrinath becomes unreachable, Bhavishya Badri will become the main shrine of Vishnu. After visiting this small but sacred temple, you trek back to Saldhar and drive to Joshimath.
After breakfast, leave Joshimath and drive towards Adi Badri, the last temple on this route. It is the first temple among Panch Badri and has ancient stone structures. It lies near Karnaprayag and is surrounded by natural beauty. After darshan and some rest, you reach Karnaprayag by evening and check into your hotel.
On the last day, you begin your journey back to Haridwar. You again enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains, rivers, and small villages. You reach Haridwar by evening and the tour ends with great memories and spiritual peace.
